Are children allowed entry?
At this time we do not offer childcare. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
What are your hours?
If you are a member of Mississippi Muscle, you will have 24/7 access to the gym. If not, our staffed hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Do you offer guest passes?
Yes, guest passes are $10. Bring your friends to train with you!
Do y'all have personal trainers?
We have a few personal trainers to choose from depending on your goals and lifestyle. Fill out our personal training form for more information.
